I was also wondering what is the difference between the Kingston RAM and the Hyper X Impact ram, both are clocked at 1600 MHz?

There is no noticeable difference in ram performance. Sorry if i confused you, what i meant to say was more storage for less than if you had a large ssd, though if you get an m.2 ssd you cam just get a large hdd in the future.

Thank you, I was looking at the possibility of adding a second drive in the future in place if the disk drive.

Any idea if the delivery guarantee on the front page is in reference to normal delivery or the fast track service? I want this system prior to Xmas but won't be in a place to purchase until 1st December... Will I be OK ordering as late as then?

Ok, after much thought and multiple changes to the configuration, I have landed on the following...

Points to note: I have another stick of 8Gb HYEPR X RAM which I will install in the system bringing it up to 16Gb. I have opted for the gtx 950m in this build to enable me to do a small amount of casual gaming. What are you thoughts? Is this the best value Laptop for my needs under £780?
