Overall it looks fairly good, though why have you went for the 4820k over the 4790k? if you are going for the x79 platform I would have advised the 6 core 4930k which would be well suited to your planned work loads. presuming you have the budget obviously.

Rest looks about right, though with an overclock I would probably take the hit on the noise levels of the h100i to get better temps.

I hadn't considered noise levels much-
Do you think the h100i would also be louder than the h60 at the same temperature? or just that it would allow the option of cooler temps at the cost of more noise?

The H100i is a notoriously noisy bit of kit, even in 'quiet' mode people report it being annoying. That is however very subjective.

If you are in any way sensitive to noise you really should give some serious consideration to how much you need an overclock. The H60 should be quieter than the h100i though.
