Download drivers and software

Hi,
Just got a PcSpecialist Recoil VIII 17 2nd hand but cannot download the drivers/software because I don't have an order number.
I have raised a support request but in meantime has anybody got an idea of what I can do, please?

The vendor must transfer ownership to you so that you can access your account and be eligible for support.

Yeah as Ekans20011 said. Contact the person you bought it from and ask them to transfer the warranty to you. They just need to go into their PCS account and follow a simple procedure.

They will need information like your email address so enable it to happen. I got mine second hand as well and the transfer process was fairly straightforward,
