DRAM different profiles

Hi

I bought this pc in Oct 23 from PCspecialist and when I was updating ICUE software I am now getting this message pop up when opening ICUE and one of the ram sticks isnt lighting up, I dont think the pc is running any differently and games still play ok but not sure what to do.

If the RAM is working properly, then it's a bug with Corsair...it has been an ongoing issue for at least the last 6 months, if not more but Corsair don't seem inclined to fix it. It doesn't happen to everyone and sometimes reinstalling iCUE can fix it but it's not guaranteed

profile mixing error since new update

Just updated my icue connected components and getting a error saying "ICUE detected you are using DRAM modules with different profiles (EXPO and XMP) at the same time" but im not they are both EXPO not sure if anyone else has this problem or aware of it. Im using corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5.
