I've a system I got roughly two years ago,till recently had no issues and to the most part still don't,apart from one I was trying to run a steam game called no mans sky,which has run perfectly on the current driver I'm using until yesterday,when I get a error message vulkan vkcreateinstance failed,so as my current driver is old,I thought I would update to the new version,and that's where my problems started.
I have in the past used the geforce exp to update drivers with no issues,now I found that has changed to the nvidia app without my knowledge,BUT every time I try to update the driver it fails,custom or express,so I thought I would do a manual download,same thing! install fails every time,anyone know why this keeps happening?
