edit : the only thing its changing this time when i click on the link is the window 11 recovery option. i opted for the usb stick to recover incase i have to re download windows 11 at any point but it has reverted back to the ( windows10/11 unlimited account downloads for some reason )

I wouldn't bother with that, as you will probably want to download the latest W11 version anyway if you need to reinstall in 6 months time.
A cheap single/pack of 16GB USB 3.2 sticks can come in handy for this sort of thing (e.g. I bought a pack of 4 Kioxia ones for £15 in 2022).

Well, you don't need the extra 4x120mm fan kit unless you want extra RGB, but if you do keep them you'll have to ensure you balance your airflow and don't try to pull more in than the AIO can handle...otherwise it won't do as good a job at cooling (as the air won't have enough time to absorb the heat before being forced out).
Also, don't forget to switch them to the white version if you want them to match the case & front fans.
I'd also recommend going to the 1200RMx Shift PSU as it's the latest ATX3.1 spec, which means more headroom and protection against the very high transient power spikes of the current (and probably future) generation of GPUs. A 850/1000W version of this would be fine also, but PCS only offer the older ATX2.4 versions in those power levels (and the 750w RMe is arguably too low).
If you want to save a little cash to go towards this, you can swap the ASUS TUF X870 motherboard for the GIGABYTE EAGLE X870 motherboard to free up £65 (£18 of which will go towards the 1200W PSU).

AMD offer better valuer here (i.e. the 7900XT is £150 cheaper), but you miss out on the Nvidia-specific tech (ray tracing, DLSS, frame gen) - although AMD does offer similar tech (although their RT is much worse).
This is where the 4070Ti Super and 7900XT sit at 1440p and 4k gaming (average FPS across a suite of games)...

thanks for the info ! yeah il be going for the 1440p monitor first and then maybe get the 4k monitor in a few months time. how do i change the black fans to white ? would i just message PC SPECIALISTS with my order number and ask them to be white instead of black ?

Ahh yeah thanks iv just seen the white one available now. Don't think they were in stock when I created the PC a month or so ago, was just waiting for the CPU to come in stock.
But with this decision, the processor/radiator fans will be black anyway won’t they ? I’m hoping they will put the radiator fans on the top so your won’t really notice them if they are black I suppose. I would prefer all fans to be the same colour but im not sure if they will be 😩 Appreciate the help bro thanks amended the order for white fans 👍.

Unless you create a new build from the Luna configurator, then there will be mostly black options. The Luna config usually offers white RAM, white coolers and white motherboards...but there's less choice, and some options are more expensive. There's also no way to ensure the 'whites' used by different component manufacturers are the same 'white' or that the colour will age the same way (some are bright white, others grey-white, others more silver).
However, you'd have to start from scratch doing it this way. The other option is to call/chat with PCS and ask them to swap out some of the black components for their white equivalents.

You won’t see the SSDs as they’ll be under the heat spreaders on the motherboard.
The only place you’ll see the black PSU is from the back, as the PSU shroud at the bottom of the case will cover it.
I’m not sure what the do with cabling though, as the PSU would normally come with black cables…although there are white braided cable kits available on the configurator at a £75-£95 premium.

No, it’s a whole bundle of them…just look at a picture of the back of a PSU and the amount of slots will give you an idea of how busy it get.
But PCS will only connect as many as they need, and the only parts of the cables you will see are the bits that come out from behind the motherboard tray, the rest will be hidden/managed behind it.
The red highlights below show you which cables are likely to be visible (GPU, motherboard, sata)…
