I believe you are starting to face the well-known hardware issues connected with Intel 13th and 14th platforms, especially as the cooler chosen is completely incapable of cooling the 14900KS.my PC starting experiencing issues again & had about 4 BOSDs.

So there's been a lot of upset gathering steam on the inter webs with intermittent games crashes on Intel 13th and 14th gen. Workarounds range from underclocking to disabling ecores.
