Can you list your full specs pls?
Youve checked to see its actually there and plugged in securely?
Have you gone through and run all windows updates to get windows properly running?

If you have, then where are you looking to see it? Have you tried Disk Management?

When you first get it you -have- to run windows update, repeatedly, and install all updates it gives, even those in "optional" they arent optional... (long story)

Its the only drive you will have in there, and will be a rectangular block about 3.5 inches by about 5 inches, your other drives are on the motherboard. Its likely to be in the side compartment on the 680X and should be fairly obvious.

If we assume its plugged in properly for now, can you open disk management? not control panel.
Right click the windows logo/home button it will be in that list

to see if its in disk management, right click the start button and select disk management and you'll see a screen similar to this

Your HDD should show as disc 1 it might need initialising (just follow the prompt) and then right clicking to make a simple partition

Erm.... I would of thought it would end up labelled as D, but I dont think thats what its showing you.
Youd expect an other panel like next to Disk 0, but a singular block rather than split in 3.

Can you look inside your case and try and see if you can spot it. Something is going on other than it just not being allocated on the system.
With the machine off, I need you need to find it and then i'd check the connections on it, make sure its properly plugged. There will be a power and a data connection going into it and its a fair sized rectangular block/slab

The disk 2/removable is a bit odd... but appears its got the M.2 and the HDD now

Removable would imply something like a USB stick but then to not have anything showing you its size...

Glad you're all sorted, I'd guess is disc 2 is an external DVD drive or something on those lines
