Having problems with PCS PC.

They're all different. We call it the silicone lottery, some setups are fantastic, some aren't. I would fully expect standard voltage and standard EXPO to be fine, but with it being a new platform and chipset there can be tweaks to the BIOS to get things just right.

I wouldn't be undervolting an AM5 chip. A better cooler would be a far better option. We would have suggested the 7600 non-x which would have helped with cooling and voltage tremendously. The 7600 is a better chip in my opinion, tends to be cheaper too.

If all is well as it stands and nothing is blue screening or re-starting then my immediate guess would be the undervolt causing the chip to be unstable. That would account for a hard restart from the system. Memory issues tend to CTD (although both scenarios aren't unheard of). With the chip completely stock I would try EXPO on with default values and see how it goes. If it crashes, you have a couple of options but I would get in touch with PCS as it may just be bad RAM.

Check which BIOS revision you are running and see what's available from the manufacturer. If you're miles off of it contact PCS to see which version they would recommend. Keep in mind you cannot upgrade the BIOS without PCS permission, during the warranty at least, as any issues will void the warranty. They have a note of the BIOS revision in your account etc, so don't get caught out.
I'm going to renable expo and look for a cooler. Is there any you would recommend?

I would go with a 240mm Corsair. The H100i or new 240 options are good as they can be fully configured through iCue.

If you are thinking of upgrading significantly in the future then I would consider the H115i version instead, as it can take on a decent TDP while being one of the quietest.

Check on your account in PCS. They may offer upgrade options delivered to your door. Can often be good value.

How is the h100x compared to the h100i? I notice the tdp is the same is it just because it can't be configured through ICue?

It comes with lower spec fans (noisier) and can't be controlled via iCue. That's the main differences. The performance of it is actually a bit less too, you can't really just go with TDP ratings unfortunately. They re-designed the pump head/CPU exchange a few years back for better heat transfer performance. Edit: It'll do absolutely fine for your setup though, your CPU is a breeze for such a cooler.

However, in honesty, I would look to the Titan range. There's not a lot of difference in the pricing. Like I say, if you went for the 280mm version it would cover just about any CPU you could imagine. The 360mm isn't a lot more money again.

Just check for fitment with GPU etc, I don't know what would fit in that Pop case. The POP silent had issues with temps too I believe so an AIO will make a huge difference.

The titans have been priced very aggressively and the pump performance is quite substantially better, so if anything I think they’re better value.

But this is what we’re coming to expect from Corsair, although they’re unquestionably premium prices, they don’t needlessly raise them simply because it’s a new design, they will often offer more at the same or even less price point.

Totally agree, they're doing exactly the same with the Cases that they're releasing. The value for money aspect seems right on point to me, it's a rarity nowadays.

That's before mentioning the link connectivity, etc, as well. I believe it's the default now on any modern release.

Sure, they're never the cheapest but the quality/standard you get for the money is getting better and better.

I think quite a bit of the premium on the corsair products is actually towards iCue development.

While iCue is certainly not perfect in any way, I do think it's one of the better integration platforms out there, it's only really the Lian Li integration that comes close and that's still far earlier in development.

So the way I see it, I don't mind paying that premium for an integration platform that is fairly intuitive in how to use.
