Well, there is quite a bit I would change, but i'd really need to know what it will be used for, also, a budget would be nice!

Not sure if you intend overclocking,if so upgrade the CPU to the K version and upgrade the cooler.

The 2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 670 - 2 DVI, HDMI, DP - 3D Vision Ready is better then 2x 660 ti?
And the difference between pro/thunderbolt vs P8z77-v ?
I know 16gb ram is kinda much but They run at 2133 mhz or can i find 8 gb that run at 2133 or higher?

No a GTX 670 is not better than 2x GTX 660. However as the 670 maxes out pretty much everything out there on a single screen, it's a better investment to go for it rather than SLI cards. It's better to get the best GPU you can afford rather than 2 lesser ones.
The 670 will be enough for 2-3 years, then when you feel you need a graphical boost you'll have the possibility to SLI the 670, which will be much cheaper in a few years. If you go for the SLI 660s, you'll have to replace both cards when you want to upgrade, and you'll pay the full price for the GPU available at that time.

Second thing on a non-overclocked system you won't notice a difference with the faster RAM, however there's a higher chance of instability. I'd go with the 8GB 1600Mhz RAM; you'll get identical performance to the 1333 MHz one but it looks nicer :) Overclocking is not needed for gaming anyways.

You only selected an SSD in your original build, I'd get an additional HDD for your data as suggested by vanthus in his build, however I dunno if you need that much storage. With a 1500 pounds budget I'd go for this.

It depends on what your intended use is regarding memory. For gaming there is no noticeable difference between 1333mhz, 1600mhz or higher memory bandwidth and 8gb will be plenty. If the spec is only for gaming then go with the i5-3570, the coolit fatboy will probably be overkill if you are not planning to overclock your cpu.
