Help between two specs for a mid-level gaming computer.

Hi,

Basically, I have put together two specs for a gaming computer I want to buy. Ideally, it should be able to run games like just cause 2 and Red Faction: Guerrilla warfare. I have run into a problem, however, between choosing between the two specs. The first is:

This one seems too good to be true, as it is better, and much cheaper...
What have I missed out and which should I choose? Also, does anything need changing so I can play skyrim!

My budget isn't huge, around the £600 mark (although I can go higher if necessary). Both of these cost £595, but one seemed better than the other... Thank you for your reply!

With a relatively small budget, I'd be tempted to stick to AMD CPUs as they generally offer better value for money. I'd consider the following;
