High-end build for 3D rendering and future proofing for 7+ years. (< GBP 5000 budget)

I have decided to splurge on this build and have picked parts that I will use in a build for personal use. Not a gamer but I do use Blender and Premiere/AE, with heavy multi-tasking mostly for leisure. I'm coming from an HP Omen laptop that is also 7 years old. I'm wondering about the CPU cooling- is it worth to get PCS Frost flow 200 (air cooler) instead of a PCS AIO (or any other AIO for that matter)? As mentioned, I would like the build to last 7-10 years.

Thankyou. Some excellent suggestion for the cooling and equally great advice on splitting up the storage.
I've read that if I use the 2nd or 3rd M.2 slot on the mobo, it'll halve the 16x PCIe lane for the Graphics card. Will that be a noticeable bottleneck?

I would say no: PCIe 5.0 8x is equivalent to PCIe 4.0 16x, and even the mighty 5090 cannot saturate all 16 lanes on PCIe 4.0, so you should be fine. 😊
