How is this build for general use?

Using a 75mhz monitor, 720 & 1080p may consider using 2 of the same monitor.
Will be using for Live streaming 1080p (no gaming) obs etc. and general use.
I don't have a budget restriction. I am however mainly confused on the best purchase of a motherboard and case.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I'd say that looks pretty solid. I'd suggest getting a better case, as it'll be quieter. I'd change the storage to be a bit more flexible (also, there's no point getting a super-fast PCIe gen 4 SSD when your CPU only supports gen 3). I'd get the cheaper WiFI card. And I'd get a better cooler.

This is pretty strong for your present needs, I'd say. You've also got the capacity to add a dedicated GPU if you ever need more oomph, e.g. for video editing.
