I recently upgraded from an RTX 2060 to an RX 7900 XTX and gaming performance has not improved at all?

I recently upgraded from an RTX 2060 to an RX 7900 XTX and so far I can't quite understand how to get the best performance out of it. At the moment, it's overall performing worse than my RTX 2060. (Full specs below)

For example, when I play Warzone. I play on a single 1080p monitor. No matter what settings I change, it's always roughly sitting around 130fps. I.e, if I have it on fully maxed out settings, it's usually at 120-130 FPS. If I play on fully minimised settings, it's usually at 130-140fps.

I have AMD metrics enabled and when I'm playing Warzone, GPU utilisation often is around 80% and the gpu around 65-70 degrees celcius. My CPU temp sits around 60 and utilisation can go as high as 80%. It idles around 30 degrees.

Same when I'm playing FC 25. I had exactly the same in game graphics settings enabled as I had on my RTX 2060, which could comfortably sit at 144FPS solid whilst playing, only having frame rate drops during cutscenes. I can't get an FPS counter to display on FC 25 but again it feels super stuttery and choppy, and GPU utilisation goes very high whilst playing, but CPU barely goes over 50%.

The only game that I've tried so far that seems to perform as expected is Total War: Pharoah Dynasties. That sits at 400fps easily on maxed out settings. Typical that it's the only game where I couldn't care less about FPS!

It seems as if any graphics settings I change in any game make a clear visual difference, but have little to no effect on FPS.

I already posted this on Reddit and searched online and YouTube videos, and here's the steps I've taken as a result:

- Set all CPU cooler fans and pump to 'extreme' in iCue

- DDU'd all AMD and Nvidia drivers and reinstalled AMD drivers fresh with a factory reset.

- Updated my BIOS

At first I thought the DDU had improved Warzone. It seemed to get rid of a lot of the choppiness, and now the 120fps that it puts out actually feels like 120fps instead of the 60fps that it felt like before, but it's still nowhere near the level I would expect from my setup. Any help or ideas would be hugely appreciated.

EDIT: Cinebench results:
GPU: 15323
CPU: 796

My CPU sat at 75 degrees for the entire test, but I saw another identical CPU score 824 in the rankings, obviously mine isn't overclocked or anything.

When you play a game see what the bottleneck is.
Use HWmonitor in the backround while running around. Your gpu should be near 100% if its not theres a bottleneck.

My guess is ur ram is running at 2300

I think you may be right. My knowledge is very limited but I just checked task manager and under memory it says Speed: 2133 MT/s... I think that's what you're referring to?

Nevertheless I'm downloading HWmonitor now so we can be sure. It also just occurred to me that my boot drive has 210gb free of 464 (should be fine) but my 2nd drive (game drive) only has 185gb free of 953gb. Could that be it?

Yea that will heavily bottleneck your cpu.
Google xmp it will tell you how to set your ram to a better speed.
its in the bios just follow a guide its not hard
