What are your full specs?

I doubt it was referring to intel graphics.

For your info, PCS isn't the manufacturer, for drivers you'd go to the manufacturer of each component, so motherboard, nvidia graphics, etc.

What are you using to install anthem?

Can you post your full specs from your order page?

How have you updated the nVidia graphics as they will likely be out of date if they came preinstalled, did you use GeForce experience or manually install them?

You have a very experienced member trying hard to help you, and yet so far you haven't answered a single question you've been asked. We ask questions to gather information, and we use that information to decide how best to help you.

So....

1. Please post the full spec for your build from the PCS configurator page.

2. How are you trying to play anthem, what are you using to install it?

3. How have you updated the nVidia graphics drivers, did you use GeForce experience or manually install them?

Unless you cooperate and provide information that we ask for we're not going to be able to give you the help you need. :)

To get advice you need to post the full specs of the system.

If you bought it through the main PC Specialist website, these will be in your order history and you can just copy and paste.

If you bought the PCS system through a reseller (e.g. ebuyer) then the spec will be on the product page.

The reason everyone is asking about this, and why you're messing around with Intel drivers, is because if you are a gamer you probably have a dedicated graphics card in your system (e.g. one by AMD or Nvidia). Anthem is a demanding game and you shouldn't really be trying to run it on Intel graphics.

Is the PC quite new? Have you perhaps plugged the monitor into the motherboard graphics output instead of the video output on the graphics card?

(I'm just guessing you have a graphics card... that's why we need the full spec...)
