Is there a Manual available?

Is there a manual available for the Recoil VIII beyond the 'Welcome' leaflet that is so generic as to be useless? I believe the system is based on the GM7IX8N but I can't find a manual for that either. Any links to a PDF?

I'd like to know what key to hold to get to the BIOS.
Wether the USB C port can be used to charge the laptop - I'm getting conflicting info on that one
Does the board have just 2 or are there 4 SSD slots - again conflicting info and I dont really want to have to take the bottom of yet!
etc
etc

Would be nice to know these things

From detailed specifications:

Won't be able to charge the laptop from the USB C port, power delivery is restricted to 100W, so you may get some charge, but certainly not enough to actually keep it charged. This is normal on any gaming laptop, they just require far too much power. This is confirmed as no PD mentioned on the USB C ports

The laptop only has 2 NVME ports, not sure where you're seeing 4?

Keys for BIOS and BOOT MENU - are these listed anywhere

As for the NVME ports I saw a YouTube video that suggested there were 2x2080 and 2x2042

The BIOS keys on my Ionico (TongFang) are F2 and DEL. It's very likely to be the same on yours.

The Defiance (Clevo V360SNCQ) is the only laptop available from PCS with three M.2 slots.

As @SpyderTracks already stated, your TongFang has only two M.2 slots.
