I am buying my first proper PC and have made this setup. My budget is £2000 and am wondering if this is worth it?

The PC is mainly for 1440p gaming, I have a 25" Dell UltraSharp U2515H Monitor and I have a budget of £2000

It's hard recommending a good PC to go with that monitor. It's really not a good gaming display. It's old and it's slow (as well as being surprisingly small, not that that's necessarily a problem). The build you suggested would be a waste without a monitor upgrade. Would you be open to one?

Yeah, I don't mind spending a bit more to get a better monitor

That makes it a much more appealing prospect. What could you spend on a display upgrade? The entry point for reasonable quality 1440p is about £160, but you can spend anywhere from there up to about £800!

I feel like it would be best for me spending around £160 to £250 if you have any good recommendations

For £250 it has to be the AOC Q27G3XMN. That would be a great display and fully worthy of a £2k gaming PC.

Then for the PC I'd look at something like this:
