It shouldn't at all get too hot.

I would suggest the TMx PSU as it's modular, which will reduce the number of surplus cables in the case and help with airflow.

I think the H80i has 2 fans, one on either side of the radiator - maybe that's why? Not sure though.

I'd be pretty surprised if an i7 8700 overheated with an H60 though, if even something like the Titan will do the job.

That's probably it, spacewise. I'm sure the H60 will be ample for efficient cooling, just personally prefer the H80i for the extra performance.
