Issue with 1 game

I play Ark Survival Evolved. Game runs fine with on all maps except one named Genesis 2. I have frequent disconnections on this map and this map alone. My internet connection is very stable and I never have online issues on any game, except this one.

The admin of the server hosting Ark suggested me the following to resolve the issue:

here are all your drivers if you can make sure they are installed
run through those drivers update, then reboot.
the 2 for chipset i would look at and see is for the chipset

Hi,

If you're checking/downloading the drivers directly from the board owners website (appears like you are) I wouldn't think it'd be too risky to do so.

I find it extremely suspect that the rest of the game runs flawlessly but one map does not and there's some suggestion is a driver issue. I can't comment on whether this bares any merit or not thought.

If you're in any doubt at all as to the driver concerns the best way to confirm is to give PCS a shout first, they can confirm if they are aware of any issues.

It's not even clear which drivers I should download. There are drivers for rev 1.0 1.1 1.2 1.3...

How can I contact PCS ? I need a person skilled on that subject.

The only driver you should need to manually update is the graphics driver, all the others should be automatically served by optional updates in windows assuming you’re managing windows correctly.

What’s your optional updates currently showing?

That's interesting, I don't think I've ever seen motherboard chipset drivers / etc. updated via Windows before... although its not like I scrutinize my windows updates each time :D everyday is a school day!

Won’t be in windows update itself, drivers, BIOS etc are through optional updates

In Windows update / Advanced options / Optional updates, I only have 1 update offered: .NET framework preversion.

Also Microsoft other products update is no. But it's for business: SQL, Azure...
