Issue with ASUS fan assistant & Ai Suite

Hi, I have had this issue for quite some time, I have contacted ASUS regularly and have followed the instruction of an ASUS rep, the short story is that ASUS no longer seem to support Fan expert 4, I managed to install various versions of Ai Suit last year and all was well for a short time, but as windows & bios update evolve Ai Suite becomes more and more bricked, I was informed by ASUS that a fix might be available at some point but no work has been started to date, I was then advised to control my fans through bios, But really, is this the best resolve I can expect.

My PC is a self build using ASUS components (video available if you click my web link)

Is this a PCSpecialist machine? Can you post your full specs from the order page?

Im not sure what you mean, I have already stated that this is a self built PC using ASUS components, does this qualify as a PCSecialist machine ?

I’m afraid these forums are for PCSpecialist customers, you may want to try an open forum like toms hardware.
