Hi peeps.
Spec
MD FX-6350 Six Core CPU
ASUS® M5A97 R2.0 (DDR3, USB3.0, 6Gb/s)
16GB HyperX FURY DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz
4GB Gigabyte Radeon RX480 G1
240GB KINGSTON UV400 2.5" SSD, SATA 6 Gb
1TB Hitachi 3.5" HDD
CORSAIR H55 HYDRO SERIES HIGH PERF CPU COOLER
ARCTIC MX-4 EXTREME THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY COMPOUND
CORSAIR 550W VS SERIES™ VS-550 POWER SUPPLY
WINDOWS 10 (64-BIT)
ViewSonic VX2370Smh-LED - 2 3" IPS LED

The issue is. There is no signal to monitor. No beeps upon firing it up.

Troubleshooting ive tried
Taking apart/cleaning all connections/dust out ect
Rehousing Gpu
Rehousing ram sticks
Rehoused any connections available
Booting with 1 ram
Full power discharge

I have called pc specialist support gone through troubleshooting with them. They've checked power supply and said that should be fine.

All fans are running, including fans on gpu.

The only thing is i havent fired it up for about 12 months prior to last week. And the only noticeable diffetence to me is that at i cannot hear the liquid trickle sound from the cooler when i fire it up.

Any help would be appreciated

Can you try it on another monitor like a TV?

Just to be sure, you've got the monitor plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard?

Yes i did try that on the tv, nothing. Most definitely plugged into gpu. Ive also tried running it for a good few hours to warm it all up. Nothing

Hmmm, you've done some good troubleshooting, it's covered everything I would have asked.

I would have thought that if the pump has failed on the cooler, then it would be powering off automatically due to overheating shortly after being switched on.

It is probably something best discussed with PCS I think.

One thing you could try, replace the CMOS battery, which is a little watch battery on the motherboard, you can pick them up from local supermarkets usually, they're usually CR2032 batteries:
