Keyboard backlight timout on Initia

how can i chnage the keyboard backlight timeout on my new Initia with W11 ? The laptop is silver and with the backlight timing out after about 20-30 seconds it is super hard, to see the keys, this is extremely annoying

there is no option in Windows itslef to change the timeout, which means it has to be done in BIOS maybe?

i dont have an account, this is a work machine. i did not configure it. What other information do you need to change the keyboard backlight time out? does anything else actually matter? sorry, I'm not a computer person but this sounds weird to me

I’m afraid without an account we’re unable to offer any help. If it’s a work machine best raise it with IT as they’d need the account to access drivers

I've got similiar problem, no way to control the backlight behaviour in Win11 nor in BIOS. Laptop - Initia 16, order number 3085447. I would honestly prefer to have it always ON when the lid is open.
I got this laptop for my wife so I believe it is easy to understand that I may have to initiate return if I can't get this resolved

None of us work for PCS, it's a community driven forum, PCS don't monitor it, if you wanted help from PCS directly, then you'd need to phone them for quickest response.
