LAPTOP CRASH & "NO MEDIA PRESENT" MESSAGE

Hello

I bought a laptop from PCS on year ago, and it worked perfectly until few weeks ago, when it began to crash and fail reboot.
Appears the message "Checking media presence --> no media present" and opens the boot window.
After turning OFF and ON the laptop several times windows BOOTS but crashes after few minutes, even if I didn't open any application.

Now, in some other topics I found some advice, like RESETTING Windows10 (done) and making a CLEAN INSTALL of Windows 10 (done). The last Clean Install has been done yesterday and today I can't even install Adobe Suite because it's still crashing.

What can I do? Maybe is a problem regarding the order of SSD? I have 3 SSD placed in this order: 0 for Cache, 1 for Data, 2 for System, but in Aptio Setup Utility seems to be only one of them (see attached img). I use my laptop for video editing and 2d/3d animation and I need to solve this problem fastly!

Thanks

Davide Viola

Yes, it’s possible, now I installed OS in another disk and seems to work properly, in fact now I can see only 2 of the 3 ssd.

But in BIOS/UEFI in can see only 1 ssd not 2 or 3, and (new entry) now my graphic card glitches. Maybe it’s the motherboard? 🤷🏻‍♂️

EDIT: I’m sorry, in BIOS I see 2 Ssd, so probably the one missing is dead. But it’s still odd that a ssd disk used only for System lives for only 1 year.

If it's only 1 year old, contact PCS and they should ship you a replacement under warranty.

You never know with any hardware, that's why it's always best to get a decent warranty.
