Laptop crashing

Hi all,

My laptop is crashing at random times while playing games with the only solution being to force shut down to restart it.
I have tried updating and re-installing drivers and it has not helped.
See attached images. Any ideas what may be causing this?

How long have you had it?

If you take a screenshot while the issue is present, does the same thing appear on the screenshot?

Had it since September, and I cant take a screensot as the laptop becomes unresponsive, I have to resolve to holding the Power Button to foce a shut down, as nothing else work.
I do have a 2nd monitro attached, none of the colour effects appear on it during the issue, but anything on it will also freeze and stop responding to any inputs.

yes, which method did you use to clean install?

It arrived with windows pre-installed, just activated it.
I did use the "reset" function (or what ever its called) recently to try and fix the issue.

So as you ordered without windows, you can't use that test environment as it's not configured.

You'd have to fully clean install your own copy from scratch.

You need to fully clean install your own legit windows copy.

That’s not a clean install, won’t sort anything

You ordered without an OS so OF COURSE you have to clean install your own OS from bootable media.
