Laptop does not Charge

Recently my laptop stopped charging. I have installed a new battery, checked the AC charger ...
With no success. At the same time, I remember a Win 10 Pro update.

Has anyone had the same experience after a Windows update. A solution would be appreciated ...

Where did you source the new battery from? PCS?

Are you 100% sure that if you sourced it elsewhere that it is an exact match for the laptop battery you have replaced and not from some dodgy 'cheap' copying battery manufacturer.

I havent been on for a while, in 2016 had a massive Stroke. Which I am still recovering from.

Also I am Military Veteran, 14 years plus ..... any other info required... glad to accomodate, and
NO wasn't looking for a "Freebie" Just in need of genuine advice ... Oh nearly forgot .... ....
The stroke has left me paralysed .....
