Laptop Viper II graphic problem

I just received my Viper II (order no 378848) yesterday and it will not play my World of warcraft game, the splash screen will come up and i will log on, but as soon as i press connect the game shuts down.

So far, i have reinstalled all graphic drivers, i have tried to update the graphic driver and windows see it as HD 4250 instead of the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5165

I have even reinstalled Wow which is no small feat lol.

i tried another game and it says that no graphics can be found....

HELP.........

Strange, Can you please go into the Device Manager, click the + next to Display Adapters and let me know what it states under there.

it says ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5165 but yet still no game that can be played.

It is ok now
I got it sorted and it wasn't the graphics, it was Comodo Security everytime i went to start it comodo isolated it and that is why it stopped lol

yes my laptop is called Alice lol
