Laptop wont load after trying to boot it in safe mode

Hey all,

My wifi on my laptop was messing up so I needed to boot it in to safe mode. I type in msconfig and booted into safe mode that way and now it just comes up with the PC specialist logo and I the laptop doesn't load at all
If anyone has any idea about what I can do then please write down below.

Insert the Windows installation DVD and boot from that. You might need to modify the boot order to get the DVD to boot before the HDD. Once it's booted choose the 'Repair' option and within that select 'Startup Repair' and see whether that can repair it.
