Hi all,
I'm currently looking for a new gaming pc with a budget of £4000-£4500, Currently i do alot of gaming and started getting into fight sim games. My monitor i'm using is a Samsung Odyssey G9 5120x1440 @ 240 Hz (LC49G95T). Your build is already really good, however if you want to keep below £4500 without sacrificing performance, here are my suggestions.

Case
LIAN LI O11DYNAMIC EVO RGB GAMING CASE - One of the best case available; personally I'd go with it and save £50.
Processor (CPU)
AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D Eight Core CPU (Up to 5.2GHz/104MB w/3D V-CACHE/AM5)
Motherboard
GIGABYTE X870E AORUS ELITE WIFI7 (AM5, DDR5, M.2 PCIe 5.0, Wi-Fi 7) - Higher tier motherboard with premium chipset.
Memory (RAM)
64GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR5 6000MHz CL30 (2 x 32GB) - 64GB are overkill for gaming, but you may need it for flight SIM stuff. No reason to go above 6000Mhz.
Graphics Card
32GB PALIT GEFORCE RTX 5090 GAMEROCK - HDMI, 3 x DP - No reason to go for premium GPU; performances are basically the same.
1st M.2 SSD Drive
1TB CORSAIR ELITE MP600 NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD (up to 7000 MB/R, 6200 MB/W)
1st M.2 SSD Drive - Better choice than 990 Pro in terms of reliability and endurance.
4TB CORSAIR CORE XT MP600 NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD (up to 5000 MB/R, 4400 MB/W) - Same as above
Power Supply
CORSAIR 1200W HXi SERIES™ ATX 3.1 & 5.1 PCIe MODULAR 80 PLUS® PLATINUM V2 - Higher tier PSU; the bare minimum for a build like that IMHO.
Power Cable
1 x 1.5 Metre UK Power Cable (Kettle Lead, 1.0mm Core)
Processor Cooling
CORSAIR ICUE LINK TITAN 360 RX RGB HIGH PERFORMANCE CPU COOLER
Thermal Paste
STANDARD THERMAL PASTE FOR SUFFICIENT COOLING
Sound Card
ONBOARD 6 CHANNEL (5.1) HIGH DEF AUDIO (AS STANDARD)
Network Card
ONBOARD 2.5Gbe LAN PORT
Wireless Network Card
NONE OR ONBOARD Wi-Fi (MOTHERBOARD DEPENDENT)

Thank you for getting back to me about the build. Yeah like what you posted and the case looking at videos on YouTube it looks really nice. The only thing I’m looking at is for a standard hdd is the SEAGATE one ok just to store documents and photos on so only needs to be 2tb max.

Personally, I would suggest buying one separately, reason being is PCS only stock the 4Tb models as the minimum for the Seagate Ironwolf Pro which is their NAS grade HDD's.

I would personally always go for a Red grade HDD (NAS grade, higher endurance, designed to be always on and available, far higher cache than a standard HDD which leads to faster transfer rates) because they really are that much more reliable and tend to have better transfer speeds also as a benefit.

It's either the Western Digital Pro 2Tb or the Ironwolf Pro 2Tb.

The WD will be a bit quieter and is generally regarded as higher quality, but it's very marginal these days, Seagate have come a long way to bridge that gap. It's more down to brand loyalty I think these days more than a performance difference.

But absolutely, for storage, HDD is still the optimum media format, SSD's are too catastrophic when they fail and you rarely get any warning, whereas an HDD will fail sector by sector usually over a period of months so you've got plenty of time to find a replacement and copy the data off before any failure occurs.
