Hiya, is this a pc? There are no manuals, there are individual manuals for the components on the manufacturers websites.
What is it you need exactly?

Hi thanks for the quick reply, yes the pre built pc,I bought my youngest daughter this for xmas, I have set it up and working but as I am new to pc gaming was wanting the manual incase I needed to download/update anything to make sure I have it running as smooth as possible

There are individual manuals for the components, but that's at a hardware level.
What your talking about is windows management which has nothing to do with the PC as such, but windows itself. It's just something you need to google and learn as you go, or ask here and we can help advise.
All you need to do with a new PC is run windows update continuously until no more are available, make sure you apply all optional updates as well as those are drivers.
Graphics drivers need to be updated through NVidia rather than windows update. This is usually done through GeForce Experience which should be installed with the driver.

I have Windows all set and up to date but I haven’t been through the graphics drivers process, that would be great if I could have some help

1) Install GeForce Experience
2) Once GeForce Experience is downloaded, click on the drivers tab in the top left, it should detect that you have a new driver to download
3) Download the Driver
4) Once it's downloaded, click "Custom Install"
5) I'd select all the things it asks if you'd like to download then tick custom install in the bottom left, this will uninstall the previous drivers and download the latest ones for the GPU
6) Wait for it to install, and enjoy!
This should get you through the process. If you're struggling feel free to ask, screenshots would be useful too
