missing fan controller program after RMA cant remember its name

hi, thanks for taking time to look, I recently got my laptop back from PCS after having to send it back with a faulty motherboard, they formatted my hard drive and now I'm missing the program that lets me set my fan speeds and battery settings, I'm sure it was called something key but cant be 100%. I know that's not much to go on but I'm hoping its installed on most if not all laptops from PCS and commonly known.

also while I'm here, my touch pad seems to have lost the ability to scroll down webpages by dragging to fingers down it, any ideas why that might be?

There have been quite a few driver issues with that, unfortunately I cannot help much as I do not use Windows but there are plenty on here that will give good advice. In the meantime you can check your drivers are all installed and working properly, if you need to get any PCS should have sent you a CD with the computer or they are available by logging on to your PCS account.
