Monitor issue on Vortex ix

Hey all

I've recieved my new vortex ix laptop today, all is well except I have a minor issue with the monitor.

It's not a big deal, more of a cosmetic thing really but the bottom of the monitor has come away slightly and has created a gap (see attached pics) and won't press back into place. Does anyone know anyway of fixing it back in place? The monitor itself works perfectly so ideally I don't really want to send the laptop back.

Normally they “click” into place I think, but be very careful not to apply too much pressure as you could damage the screen.

Yeah tried that, it doesn't click into place. It will stick slightly and then come away again.

It’s possible the plastic clips have snapped inside the bezel. I’d contact PCS directly, they’ll be able to advise better. They’re open until 8pm tonight.
