My first PC won't turn on - HELP!

I tried clearing the CMOS, to no avail. Anyway, the new £30 GPU arrives and the computer turns on just fine! So what should I make of this? Sure, the 3080 being broken is definitely a possibility, but the PCIE cables and weak PSU are still culprits. My new 850w PSU just arrived, so should I give that a go?

Exactly. In the meantime, I will use the GT 710 to get the operating system installed, as well as any software I plan to use
