For what the AMD or the i5?

I was also reading reviews and comparisons to the AMD to i5 and apparently the i5 still performs better?

for both CPUs the 760 outperforms the AMD 970 in overclockability but in terms of regular stock speeds theyre nearly identical (according to the 2 CustomPC reviews)

Looks good to go, I would up the hard drive to 1tb for an extra few quid. Very similiar to the system I have ordered from PCS.

You will get good performance with this setup.

It's currently in testing at the moment so you'll have to ask the tester haha. It shouldn't be to long now though.
