Just to let you know, I've added the £5 silver warranty to the quote and also amended the mobo to a ASUS® SABERTOOTH Z87

Now, this should be it so I'm gonna order it tomorrow ...?

That's what I thought Keynes but the Z87-A is an SLi version which I heard/read is 'unstable' and not necessary as I will only have one GPU and not two ... ?

What do you think ?

The saber tooth is also sli compatible, the z87a is better value for money.
A motherboard wouldn't be unstable just because it was sli compatible, everything you have read about sli being unstable would have been issues once the second graphics card was in.
FYI I have no issues with sli instability

Ok, so the Z87-A is good for the 1 x GPU I have, I'll change it back then?

It is good for 1 or 2 GPUs. For SLI you would need a better PSU.

Just a though, as the Hyper-X Genesis RAM is slightly cheaper, but comes in a 2x4gb kit, would it not be a better option?

Wouldn't make any difference in terms of performance.
I would get the Hyper X and save a bit of money.
