New Gaming Laptop-PLEASE HELP!!

Hi I am looking to buy a new gaming laptop that can handle high settings on The Witcher 3, XCOM 2 and Dying Light. Would this spec run them nicely without lag, screen tearing and overheating? Also I have heard of issues with nvidia graphics and windows 10 and hoping I don't have any trouble! Don't want to spend more than £1000.
Any help appreciated :)

A 965m and witcher 3?
Meh... I mean you could start and run it, but for it to be playable you'd need a better gpu.
High settings without lag, screen tearing and overheating?
Sorry but no.
To play the witcher 3 in high settings with a good framerate you'd need a 980m
Sooo either go for a defiance 17.3" for an overall great experience, get the cheaper 15.6" defiance with a few compromises or just get a desktop with at least a 770 and a decent cpu.

Also: Windows 10 used to have issues with a lot of things, no wonder because it was (and i believe still is) in beta.
Most of them are fixed now and apart from a few minor bugs that won't really affect your experience windows 10 is more than usable by now, no issues with nvidia cards anymore as far as i know.

Edit:
The Mortis build here:

Is most likely the best desktop you can get for 1000 bucks, HIGHLY recommended.

You should raise your budget slightly higher to get better performance on the games you want to play. A 970m or 980m should be enough imo.

Witcher 3 runs on medium 1080p at 35fps on my 680m which is probably similar to a 965m I would have thought?
