New PC - BIOS Update needed? Advice pls

Thinkinh to buy a new PC with below build. However I heard that the motherboard and the processor might not be compatible and I will need to do a BIOS update. One of my other friend said that the Gigabyte B450 processor comes with an already updated BIOS. Can anyone confirm please?

What's your max budget?

What monitor are you pairing it with? What resolution and refresh rate or make and model if you're unsure?

The PC is for mainly gaming and the budget is around 1000pounds. I did not check monitors yet. Really just wanted to check if it will come with an already updated BIOS as there are so many people tells that there might be a BIOS Update issue

That was only when the boards were first released. And PCS configure everything so it’s ready for you on delivery.

You’ve selected a 1440p GPU, but depending on your budget for the monitor, you may not need it?

Just so you know it’s a 1440p GPU suited for 144hz, a monitor of that quality will be about £350

if you’re getting a 1080p 144Hz monitor then you don’t need that GPU, a 1660 Super will be more than enough.
