New PC, could use some advice/feedback

So I've started seriously looking for a new PC lately, mainly due to my old i5-4690 being wrung for all it's worth more often than not.
Below is what I came to by muddling through on my own, but I'd very much appreciate some feedback or advice.

Budget wise I'd say 18.000kr is my limit. It'll hurt for a little while, but a brand spanking new, and optimal for cost, PC might work well as a band aid.
I'll mainly be using the PC for games, and Genshin Impact will probably be the most demanding game I'll be playing for the foreseeable future.
I'm currently using a BenQ G2420HD and Acer VG240Y for monitors. These two might also be exchanged for bigger and better ones, but that's a little ways off.

That's about all I can come up with up front, so.. yeah, thanks in advance.

It's worth reading through this, particularly the part about AMD vs Intel, intel are really poor CPU's these days and best avoided at all costs.

You were right, that was some interesting reading. And I made another attempt at a build working from some of those recommendations. I suppose I’ll put it in the OP.

Do you have windows 10 on your old machine? If you're retiring your old machine, you can legally transfer the windows license to the new machine and save quite a bit of money to be put back into the system. We really want to aim for the 3060 GPU preferably.

You should avoid CV PSUs, get a TXm at a 650w/750w wattage, your PC will last longer and your PSUs rentability will be way better.

I wasn’t aware that you could transfer a windows license, that certainly would help immensely. I don’t suppose you would happen have a link handy to some details about how it’s done and what I should know? Also, from what I could gather from the threads you linked yesterday, there didn’t seem to be any real reason to get the 3060 over the 2060 super. At least not unless you want to work with photo or video editing software, did I just misunderstand that part?

2060 is currently more expensive than the 3060 and less powerful

I've been reading a bit about the windows transfer and checked if my version is even eligible to transfer. Now I'm stuck wondering how it works if I order the new PC without an operating system. I'm guessing that it would arrive without any, meaning I'd need a method of installation myself? And I don't remember having anything like that lying around.

You can legally transfer any license as long as it's not a corporate volume license.

You just create a bootable USB direct from microsoft:

let me know if there's anything else I need a closer look at.
The Corsair M.2 drives have been found to have a fairly low write endurance, the 1TB Intel 670 would be an advisable change 👍

And air cooling isn’t probably going to be enough to wrangle in the 5800X. It’s a processor that is known to run hot so you’ll be wanting something like a Corsair H100i or higher to provide adequate cooling.

If you can stretch to changing the PSU to an RMx unit (750w is good, 850w is ideal), it’s a sound investment.

Changing the PSU to the RMx 750 and switching from the Corsair M.2 to the Intel one doesn't ultimately change the cost a lot, so those both seem like fine moves. That swap to a H100i is a bit more pricey, but I can appreciate not having to worry later on if my CPU is being cooked, so let's swap that one too.
