So I’ve just entered day 38 of pre-production. And I’ve made a few changes in that time. Specs are -

I’ve changed the cpu to the 5900X and the PSU to 850 just in case.

Im looking to play games like Cyberpunk, Red Dead 2 and Control at max or close to max settings in 4K on my new LG BX Tv.
PC comes to £2500

Can I do any better with the budget I have any feedback would be much appreciated.

There’s a few issues that could be improved...

You’ve picked all these high end components and you’ve put them in a very budget case, not a move that’s advised.

You don’t necessarily need the Crosshair motherboard, the ROG Strix would do just as good a job for the 5900X. You’d also benefit massively from the H115i RGB Platinum, I fear the cooler you’ve picked wouldn’t be able to cope.

Personally, I’d change the M.2 drive to a 500GB Samsung 980 for the OS / programs and add an additional 1TB PCS M.2 for fast loading your games. I’d probably keep the HDD as well for standard storage.

The AX200 WiFi card is faster and has built in Bluetooth for an extra £11.

And adding the silver warranty for an extra fiver is a no brainer 👍

Bull guard is free and the configurator recommends a 750 psu so 850 should be enough. I also have a 500gb Samsung SSD in my current computer which I’ll use

Bullguard is unreliable and known to cause problems. Even free, it's not worth it. Windows Defender is better regardless.
