No battery

Hello, I bought my laptop a month ago, and I've always used it while plugged in. Today was the first time I tried using it on battery power, and I noticed that it won't turn on unless it's connected to the charger.

At first, I thought it might be a Linux issue where it wasn't detecting the battery, but to my surprise, I encountered the same problem when I switched to Windows.
I suspect that my laptop either came without a battery or I received a faulty one. I've had another issue with PCSpecialist where they sent me the wrong manual for my laptop.

I'm reaching out here because I know there are keyboard shortcuts that can disable certain functions, and maybe I'm doing something wrong, or perhaps the battery is somehow "locked" or something. However, I don't think that's the case.
I'm attaching some images to see if someone can help me out, although I've already contacted PCSpecialist about this new issue :(.

Best contact PCS, it should be registering the battery even if windows was just a competely basic install without drivers.

Unless you're happy taking it apart and checking the battery connector is plugged in properly.

I wrote here because I don't want to open it. If I do I will loose the warranty
I'm checking with this post if anyone had the same problem.
I sent the email today. So I hope tomorrow have a reply of them or they send me a new battery.

I put BOLD the battery information.
I didn't know about the warranty. First I will wait if they reply and then I will do it but I don't know what things I can do if I open because I don't understand anything about hardware :(
