Noisy keys on Ultranote 15.6

Hi All

Has anyone else run into this problem? Essentially, the keys surrounding the "G" key on the laptop keyboard are incredibly noisy when tapped. Either tapped or pressed, it actually depresses the surrounding keys into the plastic. Before i open up the laptop to have a look myself i just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem?

I think it's just the chassis mate. Mine are noisy, but personally, it doesn't bother me. I'm used to it.

Can you get a video showing the other keys depressing too?

With the keys depressing issue, I got bored last night and found that some of the chassis screws were coming loose so after tightening them the keys no longer depress downwards like before which is good. This has also helped the noise slightly but it's still there yet tolerable now. A slight noise I can live with.
