PC 1 long beep followed by 3 quick beeps

Hello,

I recently received a new PC from PCSpecalist, and when I turn it on it beeps, 1 long beep followed by 3 quick beeps. However, the PC boots up completely fine and everything works.

I have already tried to reseat the RAM, however that didn't do anything.

Should I be worried that there may be issues with my PC?

It's a false no gpu warning from some Asus motherboards.

Try swapping the cable to dp or hdmi, whatever you don't have currently.

The workaround if you can't swap cable is to power on the monitor before powering on the PC, then it will register the monitor is connected and boot without beeping.

Aha.

That must be it then... though it hasn't happened every time I've booted, when it hasn't must be the fewer times I turn on the monitor first (like if I'm not yet fully sat down, it'd be the closest power button first) Will try to remember to switch on monitor first next time around and see...
I actually emailed support re this and a couple other little things two weeks ago (for this one they said something GPU; try reseating it) and asked for pics inside the case and of cables for the other main query* but I've been unusually busy lately so haven't done anything yet.

*Fwiw the other query was re my GPU power cables. The one with my PSU are splitters and very stiff/inflexible. Under the GPU they looked more of a mess and too close to the fans whatever I did than where I routed them... over/around the top of the GPU in a solid, well fixed arch. Tried to find info and/or new cables online but there's a lot of contradictions and warnings etc. I had thought of reversing the cables so I have the single/slimmer ends at the GPU but saw in a forum just today that's probably a big no no.

Yeah, aside from that, all good.

Just an update...

New day, fresh boots... turned on and restarted 3 times, monitor first, then PC and no 1 long and 3 short beeps anymore, only the initial very short one when fans start up (that's ok right?)

Yeah the one short beep is confirming everything is ok so does appear as if the 1 long 3 short beeps was in relation to a false positive and by making sure the monitor is on first it will stop it happening.
