Why would you spend your money on Intel when AMD is currently much better? What would this PC be for? Specifically, what games and software will run? What's the monitor size, refresh rate, resolution? Do you have a monitor or thinking to get one? What's your budget?

And please include link to your specs.

I’ve seen quite a lot of posts about this what CPU would you suggest? And I have a 165Hz monitor at 1440p, my budget is just below 2k and varied games to be honest cyberpunk, dead by daylight and titles like that

Just a quick comment on my above build.

This build is assuming your monitor is 27 and not ultrawide.

Faster RAM as AMD likes fast RAM.

[Edited] I've left HDD at 1TB but I think you could increase to 2TB - they're cheap these days. Changed M.2 to 500GB, I think you could even go with 1TB. 256TB is not recommended - too low and SSD should always be kept with at least 20% empty space to keep performance and lifespan.

Don't cheap out for storage, get M.2 for OS and software and maybe large games to load quicker (if games go to M.2, you definitely need 1TB), HDD just for work files, music, photos and backup files. I would consider whether M.2 500GB/1TB and a standard SSD at 1 or 2 TB, depending on your needs. HDD shouldn't be filled with games nowadays - just for work files.

Took a better cooler but as a result there's no space for 3 x RGB case fans as your AIO cooler I specced has 3 fans and case has left with space for 2 more only.

Wifi changed to AX as N is old technology.

If you have Windows 10 on your old machine which you won't use, you may link your licence online on MS and then transfer on to a new PC - that would save you some cash.
