PC wont turn on, please help

Just starting off with I have zero knowledge on PCs as this is or was my first PC. Anyway, there was a power outage while I was out and the PC was still on. Its plugged into a surge protector however when I go to turn it on. Fans, RGB and etc turn on, it takes minute or two but it gets to a black screen with a single blinking underscore. Then turns off completely, proceeding to go into a never ending loop of this process. I dont smell any smoke or burning.

Do you have your specs from your order page you can share?

Does anything appear on the screen at all during boot up? You can Try pressing delete or one of the F keys (F1, F2, F11 or F12 usually) to see if it boots into a bios.

2nd M.2 SSD Drive: Same as 1st drive

1st Storage Drive: 8TB Samsung 870 QVO 2.5" SSD, SATA 6GB/s (up to 560 MB/sR | 530MB/sW)

Power Supply: Corsair 850w RMxSeries ATX 3.1, Modular, Cybernetics Gold

Processor Cooling: Corsair icue link Titan 360 RX LCD RGB High performance cpu cooler

Don't know if you need other stuff, and no nothing comes up. It eventually goes to black screen with the underscore for second or two and switches off. I tried what you said, spaming the buttons but it did nothing. Don't think it even registered i was pressing anything.
