Please help a newbie out

Hey all,

I am really new to all this pc stuff and ive stumbled onto a slight issue. I bought a pcspecialist desktop from currys and:

1. i turn pc on
2. 5 beeps, pause, 5 beeps, loads up nicely.
3. pc loads up, everything works fine except; my monitor screen has weird little horizontal lines??

I have downloaded the latest drivers but when im home again at the weekend, i will download specifics from gigabyte website.

any advice?

The BSOD Doctor
Take it straight back to Currys and insist that they fix or replace it. They will try to tell you it's the responsibility of PCS. Its not. They are the seller and they are responsible for repairing or replacing it.
