I seem to have a problem with my internal 52 in 1 card reader.

I suspect I need to reinstall the drivers but don't know where to download them from. Any ideas?

Could be a faulty card reader,couple of things you could try though,
Turn the computer off as normal.
Turn off the PSU switch on the back of PC
Press and hold the front power switch for 30 seconds up to a minute.
Turn the computer on again at back of PC
Turn PC on as normal.
Failing that you could try this if confident in doing so.
Turn the computer off as normal.
* Turn off the PSU switch on the back of PC
* Unplug the internal USB cable going from the card reader to the mainboard
* Turn the computer on again at back of PC
* Turn PC on via front power switch
* Let Windows load
* Turn the computer off as normal.
* Turn off the PSU switch on the back of PC
* Plug the internal cable back in
* Turn the computer on again at back of PC
* Turn PC on via front power switch
* Let windows load and install drivers automatically
* Reboot once more.

Ditto. The USB 2 works for me but none of the card readers do. I suspect a faulty batch of parts.

Thing is... the rest of my computer works like a dream. A really good dream. A really good wet dream.

I really don't want to return it.

[Edit]

Good advice vanthus, but it doesn't work.

If it is just the card reader and you are happy to swap out the old one and put in the new one yourself, PCS will just be able to send you the new card reader, in which case you wouldn't need to return the whole PC.
