PSU/case question

Hi I ordered the following pc, and the case has space underneath for a small fan. Does anyone know if the PSU will fill the fan space up, as I read that long PSUs will take up the space, but short ones wont. Thanks!

Hi,

I wouldn't personally add a bottom fan on a case. The front fan will draw cool air in and the external fans and any roof fans will expel it. A bottom fan might be used to draw air into the case but unless it's on quite tall feet and on a hair surface, rather than a carpet it wouldn't contribute much at all.

The PSU would undoubtedly sit at the back and cover/utilise any vents. I believe there is a bottom vent just in front of that for accommodating a fan, if you so wish. I have one in mine (different case) it's OK, I've never ran it without so couldn't tell you if there is a difference :)
