How do i download the latest drivers for this laptop so I can save them if I ever need to do a reinstall of windows?

Also looking at maybe increasing the RAM size, what type of Ram do I need to find that's compatible?

They’re in your account under support / downloads

You can upgrade RAM in orders, go into the order, then scroll to the very bottom and select “upgrade this order”. Then you’re sure it’s exactly the same voltages and timings
