rattling noise that eventually goes away

Just recently when I boot up my pc it makes a rattling noise. I've opened the side panel and thought it was fans or something but I cannot pinpoint the noise, potentially could be the pump to the radiator or a fan baring... after it boots gets to desktop it goes away and its very silent and no noise anymore, anyone have any ideas?

spec below no changes made to the computer since I received it.

Likely a PSU as you've got one of the cheapest. They tend to make such noise and normally it's a usual noise. I would change it to a better quality PSU, to be honest - they're more quiet and more reliable. Try to see if the sound comes from the PC case rear bottom - this is where a PSU is.

It could as well be the liquid cooler, I've heard some people having problems with the ML240 Lite
