Rattling noise...

Hey there,

Since yesterday, a rattling noise came into my PC and has been consistent ever since. Beforehand I hadn’t opened my PC or done anything to the components for this to happen. After the sound had erupted, I checked to locate the sound and it seemed like it was coming from the Coolermaster logo on my CPU cooler. I have a CoolerMaster MasterLiquid 120 Lite and I don't know what to do about this issue. I have exams on Monday and this is super frustrating to be revising with with exams coming so close by… if anyone could help, that’d be appreciated.

Worth installing hwmonitor and checking the temps of the cpu.

My guess is that noise isn’t related to the pump, more likely a fan vibrating on the chassis perhaps?

CPU temps seem to be normal, nothing changed out of it. I'm really hoping it's just a fan vibrating on the chassis as it seems like a much easier fix than having to do something with the CPU cooler, I'll go take a look.

What are the temps then under load?
