Can you boot from the Windows installation DVD? If you can do so, select the Repair option and then choose Startup Repair. See whether that helps? You might also be able to go back to the restore point taken before the recent Windows update.

I can't boot from the Windows installation DVD.I can not get into the BIOS.After the restore by the F4 key, laptop restarts and returns to the same problem.

A couple of things you might also try then.

1. Remove the battery and unplug the mains charger. Then hold the On button down to 60 seconds. Leave the battery out and reconnect the mains power, see whether it boots properly then. If it does, shutdown, replace the battery, and boot it again.

2. Try replacing the CMOS battery. These are button batteries that cost a few pennies and are generally easy to get at.

You should replace the CMOS battery, i.e. buy a new one. I'm not guaranteeing that this will solve your problem but these batteries are very cheap and it's always worth trying.
